“Warszawski Tytan” – race on rowing ergometers

In the last week of September, students from grades 5-8 had the amazing opportunity to take part in inter-school rowing ergometer competitions. The ergometer, popular in gyms, is a great exercise that develops the whole body. While working on the ergometer, we strengthen the muscles and perfectly develops endurance.

Students had the opportunity to practice exercise techniques and test themselves earlier during tests on an ergometer in our school gym on the fourth floor. The competition turned out to be very demanding and the rivals were well prepared. Despite this, our students did great, improved their last year’s results, and many of them placed in the top ten in their category.

The best results, medals and qualifications for the Warsaw Championships were won by:

1st place Gaja (8A)
2nd place Ruby (7A)
4th place Elliott (5A)
5th place Emilia (6A)

We would like to thank the students for their commitment and congratulate them on their excellent results. We keep our fingers crossed for the next stage in December! 🙂
