7th grade trip to the Copernicus Science Center and Planetarium
Before this year’s Science Festival, grade 7 students went to the Copernicus Science Center and the Planetarium to look for inspiration on how to present scientific experiences to younger students in an approachable way. Students experienced many amazing phenomena in the field of physics, music, biology and astronomy. Our young scientists discovered what sensitivity to light is, how we perceive colors and what an illusion is. They also had the opportunity to watch an interesting presentation in the planetarium about star constellations and planets. Finally, the students watched a film about the life of an astronaut on a space station.
