Our PYP teachers kicked off the school year with a September training sessions on 3D pens, which we acquired thanks to the government’s Labs of the Future programme.

Not only did they become proficient in its use, but they also planned activities using them in project work. Ideas emerged for the creation of a Braille alphabet in a project on disability in grade 3, constellations in Science project for grade 1 and bone/skeleton models in a project on the human body for grade 4.

Our teachers agree that working with the 3D pen is fascinating and triggers positive emotions that support the learning process.

We will soon share with you the children’s work that will be created in our Science & Technology Room.
