Last week Grade 0 finished the fifth Unit of Inquiry: „The way people handle the waste produced impacts the environment”. There were two parts of a summative assessment task. Firstly, students prepared posters promoting eco-friendly actions and presented tchem in fron to ftheir class mates. Secondly, children made a big model of an eco-fireldy town. Students worked in four groups. Each group worked on one part of our town. They used their knowledge, books and other materials available in our classroom. Each group nmade some eco-friendly elements like: water power station, wind power station, solar panels, recycling bins, etc.
