September Green School “In the world of emotions” – summary
The main theme of the September Green School was “The world of emotions”. Students from grades 5-8 of primary school took part in many classes devoted to this topic. During music and dance workshops, they tried to see a picture “painted” with music and read the emotions contained in various songs. They analyzed both classical works and contemporary pop or rap compositions. They created a joint choreography that reflected the emotionality of each participant. The theater workshops gave them the opportunity to express various emotions in the form of improvised dramatic scenes. They could be inspired by particularly emotional scenes from film masterpieces, fragments of which they learned during classes. During the art workshops, they symbolically presented a selected emotion. The inspiration for their works were Dixit metaphorical cards. In addition, there were a lot of sports activities from classic games and integration games, through a night field game, to SUP classes on the water. All these field trips provided them with many impressions.
