Not long ago, we were talking about imagination and its superpower — after all, it can take us anywhere and turn ideas into real actions. And what happened next? We went from words to action in no time! We’ve just launched a new unit of inquiry, and with it, we began making (culinary!) dreams come true.

The project has a deliciously intriguing title: “Many products go through a process of change before they are consumed or used.” Sounds serious? Don’t worry — in our class, theory quickly makes its way onto the… plate! From the very first days of the project, Class 1b turned into a small research kitchen. Because what better way to understand change than through cooking?Now irresistible aromas float through the school hallways, and learning has become not only engaging, but also healthy and tasty. We learn with all our senses — and that’s when learning tastes best!
