Gymnastic Air School
Students from 6th grade, as part of PE lessons, went to the Gymnastics Air School. During the organized lesson, the girls could try their strength on hung high soft sashes. Aerial gymnastics combines several disciplines, i.e. dance, acrobatics and gymnastics. We started with a comprehensive warm-up. After that, we went to the main part of the training, which is learning how to tangle, figure and go on and on sashes. The girls were very ambitious in their planned tasks and successfully completed them all.
