Floorball

Have we already mentioned that our “PE teachers” present during lessons and allow our students to try their hand at many disciplines? Another clear example that they are doing well are the starts in the last days, this time in floorball ???.

Our brave, youngest students from the MYP program proved that they are an example of the IB learner profile – risk-takers, because without the slightest fear they started competing with more experienced schools in this discipline and reflective, because they quickly learned from your mistakes. Competing in the Mokotów Championship, the boys, after a brave fight, succumbed to the last minute in a direct fight for promotion to the medal zone of SP 272, taking places in the 4-6 range. The girls, after advancing to the final tournament, met multiple champions of Mokotów and the whole of Warsaw, training in sports classes with a profile of … floorball – representatives of SP 85. It was a brutal floorball lesson at the highest level, but most importantly – the girls did not give up and fought to the end , and right after the match they started analyzing the mistakes, which resulted in a very smart game and a victory in the “small final” for bronze medals ??? with the school, to which they lost 2-0 after faults  in the elimination phase. It is worth emphasizing that each of the girls added their brick to the medal with a very good attitude during all matches on and off the pitch, loudly cheering for their friends who are currently on the court. Bravo ?.
