Cross-country races

On September 27, the cross-country relay race began to compete as part of the Mokotów Championship and the qualifying round for the Warsaw Championship. Despite the heavy logistics (each relay race / team is 10 students from the given years), our school was represented that day by three teams:

• In the children category, we put up a team of boys: Bruno (7A) -capitan, Borjan (7A), Stanisław (6A), Leon (6A), Mikołaj (6A), Janek (5A), Curro (5A), Timur (5B) ), Mateusz (5B) and Kuba (4B). Until the last shift, the boys counted in a very strong and even competition, finally running to the finish line in a very good 5th place with a loss of 33 seconds to third place out of 11 schools that started that day.
• In the category of high schools for girls: Kalina (2DP) – Kapitan, Natalia (2DP), Justyna (2DP), Hanna (2DP), Pola (2 Pre), Hanna (1Pre), Lea (1Pre), Nelly (1Pre ), Justyna (1Pre), Julia (1Pre). Our high school students started the run very motivated to the end, fighting for the medal position. Eventually it ended up with an unlucky fourth place for the second time in a row. However, more than half of the team were girls from 1 class, and there are still 4 years of competition ahead of them and we believe that the experience gained that day will pay off in the future.
•  The boys’ high schools category was attended by: Antoni M (1DP) – Kapitan, Maksymilian (2DP), Kajetan (2DP), Dawid (2DP), Mikołaj (2DP), Artur (2DP), Antoni B (1DP), Filip ( 2Pre), Krzysztof (2Pre), Karol (1Pre). Our brave high school students bravely fought with time, finally reporting on the 13th position.

Congratulations! And we keep our fingers crossed for our representatives during the Tuesday Championships of Warsaw in individual cross-country races.
