During their presentation, grade 6B invited us to a Maltese restaurant located on one of the beautiful beaches! On Tuesday, we were able to try homemade delicacies and drinks straight from Malta and hear some interesting facts. It turned out that movie hits such as “Gladiator” were filmed in Malta, the native mammal of this country is the bat, and Malta has been ruled by 10 different countries over the years!

The students talked about what you can do on the Maltese islands, when to go on vacation there, and what dishes and drinks reflect the character of the islands. At the end, you could try your hand at various games. The students fished for objects in a small lake by blindfold and tested their knowledge of Malta in an interactive quiz. The winners received small gifts from the staff of our Maltese restaurant.

This is already the end of our international week. We will visit more countries next year!
