One of the most important moments of this school year was the Grade 4 PYP Exhibition Finale – an event that summarises eight months of their intensive work, exploration and reflection, as well as the entire adventure of students in the PYP programme. This was the tenth anniversary Exhibition in the history of our school, which is why it had a special significance. The transdisciplinary theme was: ‘Sharing the Planet’, and the students chose topics that were relevant both locally and globally, referring to the Sustainable Development Goals. They addressed important issues such as responsible consumption, loneliness, screen addiction and food waste. Working on the projects allowed the students to broaden their knowledge, but above all to develop their ability to ask questions, cooperate, take action and show empathy. The Exhibition was not only a presentation of the results – it was a story about maturing and becoming citizens of the world who will actively participate in changing it for the better. The fourth-graders prepared social campaigns, posters, installations, and also conducted interviews and field research. They presented everything with great enthusiasm! This event showed how much power young people have when they have the space to express themselves and take action.
