I believe gymnastics should be a cheerful fun for all kindergarteners! What a kid expects from physical exercise is fun, satisfaction and pleasure. My task is not only to meet all these expectations, but also to use all our exercise time to fulfill health, hygiene and educational aims as well.

While working with children I cherish warm and direct contact and I also focus on promotion of positive energy and passion towards physical education. During my classes I maintain comfortable and cheerful atmosphere, putting great attention to technical correctness and proper intensity of performed exercises at the same time.

With my classes I wish to propagate my conviction that physical activity is not only away of spending one’s free time but also a prescription for a happy and intensive life full of energy!

Among my methods of work I extensively use play, imitation, and movement storytelling, but also direct purposeful movement or task-oriented exercise. I always do my best and appreciate positive attitude and cheerfulness among my students.”
